At Sherborne Voluntary Ambulance, we are proud to be a community transport charity that coordinates shopping, leisure and cultural trips for the local organizations in Sherborne, Dorset. Our services have helped many people in the community and we continue to strive towards making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Our projects include arranging transportation for senior citizens to attend community events and cultural trips to museums and art galleries.
Medical appointments can be stressful, especially when it comes to transportation. We understand the importance of timely medical appointments and thus, we provide our services to ensure that our clients are able to attend their appointments without any hassle. Our team of trained volunteers provide door-to-door transport services for medical appointments and treatments.
We believe that everyone should have access to social events and activities, regardless of their mobility. Our organization arranges transport for people with disabilities to attend social events and activities, ensuring that they are able to fully participate in the community.
One of the biggest challenges faced by the elderly is being able to do their grocery shopping. Our organization provides transportation services for seniors to do their grocery shopping, ensuring that they are able to get the essentials they need without having to worry about transportation.
